Stephanie is the Senior Conveyancer and has more than 20 years' experience in buying and selling residential houses. She has a great rapport with many of the local agents and conveyancers and has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market. Steph joined the team in 2018 and now leads a small team of assistants.

Ruth Woodward
Ruth Qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and having been partner at another Northamptonshire firm of solicitors joined Woodcock & Thompson in 2007 to open the Daventry Office. Ruth is now head of the conveyancing team for Woodcock & Thompson and supervises and deals with the day to day running of the Daventry office. With over 25 years of experience in residential conveyancing Ruth enjoys finding new ways of working with systems to benefit clients and to assist colleagues in providing the best service possible.
