An estimate of costs is dependant upon your particular transaction and assumes that the transaction proceeds without any major complication. To give you an indication of the basic costs in a standard freehold sale and/or purchase transaction these are as follows :

Should any additional work be required as a result of the transaction becoming particularly difficult an hourly rate of £250 + VAT will apply.
